We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Water Resources Engineer with a strong foundation in civil and environmental engineering, and an appreciation for biological and ecological sciences. If you have a BS or MS degree in a relevant engineering discipline and a knack for creative problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Assessment and Design: Support a variety of water resource engineering projects.

  • Hydrologic and Hydraulic Modeling: Apply advanced modeling techniques to assess water flow and hydraulic behavior.
  • Fieldwork: Conduct fieldwork as needed to support project goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve project success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Drafting Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD software and Civil 3D.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of mathematics, engineering mechanics, and creative problem-solving.
  • Field Experience: Ability to perform fieldwork and work in and along waterways.
  • GIS Knowledge: Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS.
  • Hydraulics Interest: Experience or interest in hydraulics and river mechanics.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree: BS or MS in civil or environmental engineering.
  • Certification: EIT certification (if applicable); PE preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
