Tax Business Transformation Lead
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tax Business Transformation Lead to drive transformation efforts within our organization. Reporting to the Director of Taxation (or relevant department), you will play a critical role in identifying, recommending, and implementing business process improvements and technology solutions. As a key collaborator, you’ll work closely with internal partners across various levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for business process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Problem Solving: Utilize analytical skills to creatively solve business challenges and contribute to building a best-in-class function.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Forge strong partnerships both within and outside of the relevant function, driving consensus and influencing colleagues.
