About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to step into a sales role where you can directly influence the growth of the company and make a lasting impact on a critical social issue. In this role, you will drive direct sales of our growing suite of products to senior-level contacts at large, well-known companies. You’ll have a stake in shaping the future of the company and will play a critical role in driving the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation and management, qualification, demo, evaluation, and close.
  • Define and execute territory plans and account plans to ensure you exceed your goals.
  • Develop and manage your sales pipeline, moving a large number of transactions through the sales pipeline simultaneously.
  • Become an expert at product demonstrations and the legal and regulatory aspects of workplace equity topics.
  • Participate in the RFP process for prospects, including qualifying leads and providing a final review of all responses.
  • Operate with the mentality that sales is a team sport, bringing in subject matter experts to help you win and exceed your goals.

About You:

  • More than 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years as a closer.
  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals in mid-market sales.
  • Experience running and owning technology demos.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and generating leads in your territory.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (or equivalent).
  • Highly disciplined approach to selling.
  • Savvy, capable of curating a thoughtful approach to workplace equity for each client.
  • Attracted to the challenge of a startup environment and able to adapt to change.
  • Positive attitude, hustle, and persistence.
  • Excellent communicator, able to build relationships quickly with colleagues, clients, and prospects.
  • Curious, a great listener who knows how to inspire prospects to take action and drive organizational change.
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, presentation, and project management business applications.
  • Committed to our mission of workplace equity and passionate about our products.
  • Must be located in the EST time zone.

Extra Credit:

  • Experience selling to compensation and total rewards professionals.
  • Understanding of the HR technology landscape.
  • Background in compensation, DEI, Business Intelligence/Analytics.

Role Progression:

  • Within 2 months, you’ll be fully ramped on product and solution content and will have a territory plan.
  • Within 3 months, you’ll be leading sales efforts at mid-market accounts and be demo certified for all products and services.
  • Within 6 months, you’ll have a pipeline, be confident in your role, and provide input into other areas of the business based on what you’re hearing from prospects.
