Role Overview:

As a Junior Wetland Scientist, you will play an essential role in environmental assessments and conservation efforts related to wetlands. Responsibilities:

  1. Field Assessments:

    • Monitor chemical composition of wetlands.
    • Analyze data related to wetland health and biodiversity.

  3. Permit Applications:

    • Support the preparation of permit applications for wetland projects.
    • Understand regulatory requirements and compliance.
  4. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with senior wetland scientists and project managers.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on environmental projects.
  5. Continuous Learning:

    • Stay informed about wetland science, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, or a related field.

  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • 2-3 years experience.
