Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-performing IT team within the financial services industry. This role is responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, handling AV/Zoom systems, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, process-oriented, and highly responsive, with a strong commitment to delivering top-tier support and customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver frontline helpdesk support for hardware, software, network, and end-user issues

  • Manage Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phones, Zoom Rooms, and AV systems

  • Administer and support Slack communications and Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD

  • Implement and manage identity and access solutions (Okta, CyberArk, Azure SSO, SAML 2.0)

  • Manage devices and endpoints using MDM tools like Jamf and InTune across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android

  • Maintain and support Windows 11, Lenovo X1 laptops, Windows Servers, and macOS

  • Execute employee onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate IT documentation via IT GLUE

  • Troubleshoot networking issues including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WLAN

  • Support inventory/CMDB systems and vendor management

  • Deliver white-glove IT support and participate in rotating on-call schedules

  • Travel between office locations as needed (up to 50%)

  • Perform break/fix support (approx. 30%) and lift up to 50 lbs as needed


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support, ideally in financial services

  • Proficiency with Zoom, AV systems, Slack, Microsoft 365; Google Workspace experience a plus

  • Strong experience with SSO and identity solutions (CyberArk, Okta, Azure SSO, SAML 2.0)

  • Hands-on knowledge of Jamf, InTune, Windows 11, Windows Servers, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android

  • Familiarity with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and networking protocols (LAN, DNS, DHCP, WLAN)

  • Experience with IT GLUE and Zendesk (preferred)

  • Strong documentation, inventory, and vendor management skills

  • Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and have access to a private vehicle for travel

  • Willingness to work onsite 5 days/week and participate in on-call rotations

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
