A fast-growing national insurance brokerage is seeking a Top-Producing Insurance Sales Executive with a strong background in commercial insurance and a proven ability to build and retain a large book of business. This role is ideal for experienced producers looking to grow within a high-performance, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and close new commercial insurance opportunities through consultative selling

Build and manage long-term relationships with mid-to-large business clients

Deliver tailored risk management and insurance solutions across diverse industries

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and retention

Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier markets, and regulatory changes
Qualifications:

5+ years of B2B insurance sales experience (commercial lines strongly preferred)

History of exceeding sales targets and managing a $1M+ book of business

Strong client network and ability to win in competitive environments

Active Property & Casualty license

Self-starter with strong business acumen and consultative sales approach
