Residential Sales Representative

Role Overview:

As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be charged with selling our products to customers within a specific area (Southeastern Mass.). Your role involves designing effective strategies for closing company-set appointments, creating a daily plan of action, and executing it.

Company Overview:

We take pride in our window and door products. As a Residential Sales Representative, you’ll evaluate customers’ needs, provide well-scripted product demonstrations, and price proposals before “asking” for the sale. Meeting monthly sales targets is crucial, and support from your manager and fellow team members will position you for success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy:

    • Design effective strategies for closing company-set appointments.
    • Create a daily plan of action to maximize customer interactions.
  2. Product Demonstrations:

    • Evaluate customers’ needs and provide well-scripted product demonstrations.
    • Present price proposals and confidently ask for the sale.
  3. Monthly Sales Targets:

    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Collaborate with team members for support and success.
  4. Professional Conduct:

    • Maintain good conduct and professional standards.
    • Represent the Company positively to customers and prospects.

Qualifications:

  1. Goal-Oriented Mindset:

    • Proven track record of success.
    • Driven to achieve sales goals.
  2. Effective Communication:

    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to convey information effectively to customers.
  3. Software Familiarity:

    • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce is a plus) and Microsoft Office.
  4. Cultural Awareness:

    • Confidence to speak to people of various educational and cultural backgrounds.
  5. Time Management:

    • Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
    • Highly self-motivated and optimistic.
  6. Personal Vehicle:

    • Must have a personal vehicle with a clean driving record.

Training:

  • Excellent five-week intensive training program (sales process and product knowledge) with a guaranteed 12-month support period.
