Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to build and maintain relationships with large clients, aligning our solutions with their procurement, compliance, and workforce development needs through multi-year agreements. The successful candidate will drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and form long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategic sales plans to target large clients, focusing on expanding the adoption of our solutions through multi-year agreements.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, procurement officers, and key decision-makers to ensure alignment with their needs.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
- Client Needs Alignment: Work closely with clients to understand their procurement processes and workforce development challenges, tailoring solutions to meet their goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content development, and operations) to ensure solutions meet evolving client and industry demands.
- Proposal Development: Lead the creation of customized proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations in response to client requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry regulations, procurement processes, and workforce training trends to ensure our offerings are aligned with market needs.
- Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and work to grow existing accounts through continuous engagement and service.
Key Objectives:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting large clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business in the target market.
- Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets by closing high-value deals.
- Ensure solutions address evolving compliance and workforce development challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in a relevant sector.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to large clients.
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience responding to RFPs and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
