We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts within the Financial Services sector. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets within the Financial Services Vertical.
  • Market Analysis: Understand the current and future opportunities in the specific geographic region.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with the Partner Manager to identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities.
  • Sales Training and Tools: Familiarize yourself with the solution, value proposition, and GAP Selling methodology. Proficiency in Sales Tools (including SalesForce.com) is essential.
  • Integration Knowledge: Learn about existing integrations and partners within the region.
  • Presentation and Proposal Materials: Create compelling presentation and proposal materials based on the Sales Library.
  • Event Participation: Identify and document regional trade shows and conferences relevant to our market.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Sales Leadership: Proven experience as a sales leader, with a focus on financial services.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business goals.
  • Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the financial services landscape, including P&C insurance and consumer finance.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Comfort using SalesForce.com and other relevant sales tools.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to create compelling materials for client presentations.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
