What You’ll Do
-
Lead and manage Claims Analytics, Operations Analytics, and Call Center Workforce Management teams, including resource planning, workload prioritization, and capacity management

Deliver accurate, timely reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders

Analyze operational trends, identify emerging issues, and make data-driven recommendations

Oversee the production of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports with high standards of accuracy and usability

Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data integrity, reporting consistency, and alignment with system changes

Develop, mentor, and coach team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and high engagement
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

5–8 years of experience in insurance claims, operations, or finance

2–4+ years of leadership or team management experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in:

Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)

Business Objects (advanced)

Tableau, Lumira, or similar visualization tools

SAS/SQL (intermediate)

Experience with claim systems and vendor applications is a plus

Strong project management, negotiation, and influencing skills
