Job Summary: The Wealth Business Analyst will support the wealth management division by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a solid understanding of wealth management products and services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and systems within the wealth management division.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including testing and training.
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide expertise and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in wealth management and business analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
