Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR operations and team. In this key leadership role, you will drive performance improvements in collections, reduce outstanding balances, and lead system enhancements, all while ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AR Supervisors and Specialists

Oversee all AR functions including credit risk, collections, disputes, and write-offs

Establish and enforce policies and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance

Improve collection rates and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service

Drive initiatives related to billing, system integrations, and acquisition onboarding

Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and safety regulations
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required

Master’s degree in Leadership or related discipline preferred

5–7 years of progressive experience in AR, Accounting, Banking, or Customer Service

Proven leadership and team management skills

Experience leading hybrid or remote teams preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
