Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to lead enterprise sales efforts in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance sector. This role focuses on aligning our AI-driven platform with the strategic priorities of major insurance carriers. As a visible leader within our organization, you’ll engage cross-functionally to ensure client success and business outcomes.

You will be responsible for orchestrating the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and stakeholder alignment to contract execution—and will serve as a strategic partner and voice of the customer within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact through deal close

  • Build and execute account strategies that align our platform with each carrier’s AI initiatives

  • Lead stakeholder and C-suite engagement at top-tier insurance companies

  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to exceed ARR targets

  • Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and predictable results

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory

  • Collaborate with marketing to support demand-generation and outreach activities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that maximize customer value

  • Support senior leadership with insights on customer trends, deal risks, and sales strategies

  • Ensure long-term customer success and uncover new opportunities for expansion


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas

  • Strong background in selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to insurance carriers

  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance operations and enterprise technology needs

  • Proven success in leading strategic sales engagements and closing high-value deals

  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills

  • Comfortable with AI and machine learning concepts and how they apply to insurance workflows

  • Experience working with or selling alongside system integrators and strategic partners

  • High emotional intelligence, strong business acumen, and a customer-first mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or technical background a plus
