Executive Assistant – Technology & Operations (Hybrid)
Location: Boston, MA Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)
A fast-paced, global organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders within the Technology and Data teams. This role involves a blend of high-level administrative support, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and prioritize scheduling needs

Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries

Prepare and process expense reports with a high degree of accuracy

Draft, proofread, and edit business correspondence, reports, and presentations

Support the planning and execution of meetings, including preparing materials and briefing documents

Act as liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Assist with vendor contracts and provide operational support for department initiatives

Lead onboarding activities and help coordinate team events and meetings

Use productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and internal systems) to streamline processes
Qualifications:

8–10 years of executive-level administrative experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive)

Experience with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Lists, and Forms is a plus

Familiarity with supporting technical or IT teams is beneficial but not required

Experience working in global, matrixed organizations preferred
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
