Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the USA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Management:

    • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, demo, evaluation, and close.
    • Define and execute territory plans to exceed sales goals.
    • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, moving numerous transactions through the sales cycle simultaneously.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, directors, and sales managers.
    • Conduct compelling product presentations and web demonstrations.
    • Participate in the RFP process, ensuring a good fit and providing final reviews of responses.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with internal resources such as Sales Development and Sales Engineers to build brand awareness and assist in sales cycles.
    • Operate with a team mentality, bringing in subject matter experts to help win deals and exceed goals.

The Skill Set:

  • 3+ to 5+ years of proven hunting and closing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships.
  • Ability to run a full sales lifecycle within the SMB segment.
  • Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations.
  • Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to assist in sales cycles and close deals.
  • Collaborative mentality, prioritizing team success over individual achievements.
  • Superb listening skills to understand objections and turn skeptics into enthusiastic customers.
  • High level of empathy, being a good person to peers and prospects.
  • Experience hunting in greenfield environments.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong W2 track record.
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling on-site presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives.
