Job Title: Director of Product Marketing
Location: NYC, NY ~ Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office)
Travel Expectations: Approximately once per month to Florida office

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Storytelling:
- Develop a product story with a clear vision and voice, ensuring consistency across the product lifecycle.
- Create an engaging product marketing content strategy tailored to our niche market and connect it with client needs.
- Effectively engage and market to enterprise personas at every stage of the funnel.

Collaboration Across Departments:
- Educate stakeholders about product marketing, positioning, and messaging.
- Assist in converting sales prospects into paying customers through consistent communications.
- Develop and manage an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) engine leveraging a powerful content strategy.

Mastering a Complex Niche:
- Immerse yourself in industry-specific content, events, and networks.
- Engage with external subject matter experts.

Execution with a Data-Driven Mindset:
- Own and implement a comprehensive content plan.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to execute the plan.
- Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources to high-ROI initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing organization and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Experiment with and iterate on marketing strategies and tools to enhance operations.
Must-Have Skills/Competencies:
- Extensive B2B enterprise technology/SaaS marketing experience.
- Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing and Product Marketing.
- Ability to build marketing value propositions in complex industries such as healthcare, financial services, or similar.
- Exposure to and experience with various digital marketing functions.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to be directly involved in key activities.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and thought leadership approaches.
Nice-to-Have Skills/Competencies:
- Experience in Sales Enablement.
- Familiarity with the insurance or insurtech industry.
- Experience managing small teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics.
- Brand development and management experience.
