Assistant Manager, Product Marketing

This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement marketing content for new product launches.
  • Participate in product planning, communication plans, and material development.
  • Create various launch materials: offering memorandum, presentations, fact sheets, emails, due diligence materials, data room content, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with investment, operations, IR, compliance, data, legal teams, and product specialists to define product messaging.
  • Implement webcasts, product insights, and update emails to support fundraising.
  • Work with external legal counsel on launch and fund close materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and branding across all materials.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in developing marketing materials for institutional asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing communication and relationship management.
  • Comfort in providing feedback to senior partners and investment professionals.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, including private equity, private wealth, private debt, real assets/infrastructure, and evergreen products.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts and comfort with numbers and analysis.
  • Understanding of private markets client nuances.
  • Proven business writing skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading.
  • Ability to write clearly about complex concepts and adapt tone based on the audience.
  • Independent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education Preferred:

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience or Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
