Following a degree in mechanical engineering, Jack worked in process and petrochemical engineering before a transition to the telecom and computer industry sectors. Jack then launched a successful sales and sales management career with a focus on the adult learning space. Jack joined Broadreach Staffing in the fall of 2019.

Jack and his wife Midge live in Portsmouth NH, where Jack is Secretary of the Portsmouth Propeller Club, representing the maritime interests of the Piscataqua River. He is an active golfer and member of the Board of Governors of Wentworth by the Sea Country Club in Rye, NH.
