Over 30 years in the technology marketplace. Most recently was VP of Sales at Skillsoft where he was part of the initial start-up team in 1998. He built the North American field sales force consisting of a team of 320 sales and sales management professionals – direct field sales, channel sales, inside sales, and business development. Doug had P/L responsibility of $350+m.

Other tech sales roles included Wang Laboratories, Ungermann-Bass, THINQ LMS, Eedo, CBT Systems, and Books24x7.

Doug has been recruiting for Broadreach since 2016 helping many companies with their sales talent strategies. Today, he is working both sales and some IT recruiting in the tech marketplace for Broadreach, having placed over 100+ across the sales ecosystem.

When Doug is not helping solve today’s talent challenges for companies and people, he enjoys coaching lacrosse, skiing, hiking, peloton, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends.
