Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end technology solutions sales and a deep understanding of the modern technology landscape. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on transformational opportunities across various business units and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and effective sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to open new relationships and drive business growth.
  • Understand and articulate our service offerings, including Creative Technology, Information Security, Information Technology, and Software Solutions.
  • Present and explain various solution offerings such as ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, Remote Monitoring and Maintenance, Anti-Virus, and affiliated ISV products.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of computing environments and technologies, including LAN, WAN, Client-Server, Cloud, Azure, AWS, Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VDI, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Internet connectivity.
  • Apply business acumen to solve specific business-related problems and issues for customers.
  • Review and negotiate contractual agreements, including pricing, legal terms, project details, scope, and timing.
  • Accurately forecast business opportunities’ scope and timing.
  • Represent the company at professional events, including Chamber of Commerce meetings, professional networking events, and industry trade shows.
