We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Structural Design Manager with 15 years of bridge design and transportation project expertise. This role offers flexibility between our Burlington office and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

Experience: You’ve excelled as a deputy design manager, quality manager, or similar role on mid to large-scale projects.

Technical Expertise: Lead complex transportation projects from design to construction support.

Business Acumen: Your negotiation skills and business development experience are essential.

People Skills: Motivate and mentor technical staff while effectively communicating with clients and colleagues.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (post-graduate degree preferred).

Licensure: MA Licensed Professional Engineer.
