Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Consultant to join our high-performing go-to-market team. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales executives, channel partners, and prospects to showcase the value of our AI-driven platform to the property & casualty (P&C) insurance industry. You’ll play a key role in crafting sales strategies, conducting value-based demos, supporting Proof of Concepts, and helping guide clients from first touch to implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Present a compelling vision of our AI platform to P&C insurance executives and technical stakeholders

Lead product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s needs and industry-specific challenges

Support sales cycles from discovery through Proof of Concept and successful client onboarding

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to refine messaging and improve our overall value proposition

Stay current on the P&C insurance space and emerging AI trends to strategically position our solution in the market

Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to align technical architecture with customer infrastructure

Engage with systems integrators and consulting firms when necessary to support broader solution delivery
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in pre-sales, with a total of 7–8 years of related industry experience

Proven ability to engage, influence, and present to both executive and technical audiences

Deep understanding of the property & casualty insurance industry and its technology landscape

Familiarity with enterprise software and the strategic business impact of AI and machine learning

Strong collaboration skills with sales and marketing teams to build and articulate tailored value propositions

Experience with enterprise customers, SaaS platforms, and consultative selling

Background working with consulting firms (EY, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.) is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
