Your Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Environmental Consultant to lead and grow our Environmental Services business for Energy and Utility Clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. If you’re a natural leader who loves strategic thinking and building relationships, this is the role for you. You’ll be interacting with clients, developing proposals, mentoring staff, and driving our quality and health and safety programs. Plus, you’ll use your regulatory expertise to deliver top-notch results for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Provide technical leadership on projects and offer innovative solutions to environmental challenges for energy projects.
  • Lead the Charge: Guide teams in tasks like wetland delineations, habitat characterizations, land use mapping, and more.
  • Navigate the Permitting Maze: Coordinate and prepare permit applications for various authorities and Soil Erosion Control Plans.
  • Spill Coordination Pro: Handle Federal and State SPCC/DPCC Plans for spill coordination with clients.
  • Proposal Guru: Develop winning proposal strategies and collaborate with the proposal team.
  • Team Player: Partner with our engineering and design teams to deliver successful energy projects.
  • Business Development Whiz: Drive business development initiatives with new and existing clients.
  • Client Service Star: Ensure high-quality service on client projects.
  • Communication Ace: Clearly explain data collection methods and results to clients, regulators, and the public.
  • Mentor Extraordinaire: Recruit, mentor, and support the professional growth of our staff.
  • Growth Driver: Propel the growth of Key Energy Accounts.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Business Development Pro: Proven ability to grow business and revenue.
  • Project Leader: Successfully lead diverse project teams and manage large, complex projects, especially in the energy sector.
  • Permitting Expert: Experience with local, state, and federal environmental permitting in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  • Project Management Ace: Manage permitting applications and projects from start to finish.
  • Team Builder: Thrive in a team environment and build strong programs.
  • Detail-Oriented: Review project work for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
  • Deadline Master: Meet project deadlines with ease.
