Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Vice President (RVP) / Recruiter to join our team. The RVP / Recruiter will be responsible for driving business growth by recruiting top talent and managing relationships with independent insurance agencies. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Identify, attract, and recruit top talent to join our network of independent insurance agencies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with independent insurance agencies, providing support and guidance to help them grow their business.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand our network and increase market share within the region.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for new recruits and existing agency partners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency partners, providing feedback and support to ensure they meet their business goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, underwriting, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for agency partners.
- Reporting: Track and report on recruitment and business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or business development within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing relationships with independent insurance agencies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in recruitment and CRM software.
