Regional Manager – Medical Sales
Location:
A leading tissue technology company is seeking a Regional Manager (RM) to lead growth initiatives, manage distributor relationships, and drive territory performance. This role requires a dynamic, consultative sales professional with strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow business within a defined region through distributor networks

Train and support distributor sales reps and clinical partners on tissue technologies

Develop and execute territory business plans to increase utilization and revenue

Identify and onboard new distributor partners

Conduct educational events and in-office trainings for clinicians and staff

Analyze reports to assess trends, inventory, and opportunities

Serve as a key point of contact for distributor inquiries, support, and growth strategies

Qualifications:

3+ years of medical sales experience, including distributor/1099 management

Accredited sales training preferred

Comfortable with CRM tools, email, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint)

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and plane within assigned territory
Work Environment:
