Key Responsibilities:

- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for insurance roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs within the insurance industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the hiring team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in insurance recruitment and business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices within the insurance sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
