**Position Available: Regional Vice President – Oklahoma City Area**

Our esteemed client in the insurance industry, based in Oklahoma City, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Regional Vice President to oversee the Greater Oklahoma City area. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to proactively identify potential prospects. Your primary responsibilities will involve engaging with potential member agencies, conducting in-person or virtual presentations, and showcasing the myriad benefits of affiliating with a larger support network.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Collaborate with the COO to identify and engage potential member agencies in the Greater Oklahoma City area.
– Conduct compelling presentations and discussions with prospective agencies, effectively illustrating the advantages and opportunities offered by association with our extensive support network.
– Work closely with agencies to assess their needs, providing mentorship, and guidance on optimizing growth and profitability.
– Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the insurance industry, particularly Property and Casualty (P&C), fostering confidence and credibility in your engagements.
– Employ excellent organizational skills and masterful time management to ensure efficient handling of duties and responsibilities.
– Leverage previous experience working for or with independent insurance agencies to provide comprehensive and tailored support to member agencies.
