Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Producer to join our team. The Producer will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires strong sales skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of insurance products and services offered.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and coverage options.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
  • Relevant insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
