Position Overview
A rapidly growing insurance agency in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join its high-performing team. In this role, you will manage an established book of business while also supporting producers with new and challenging accounts. We’re looking for a customer-focused professional with deep knowledge of personal lines coverage, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities

Service and manage an existing book of personal lines accounts

Support producers with new business and policy changes

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients

Ensure coverage is placed correctly and renewals are handled proactively

Maintain accurate client records and documentation using agency management systems

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and inquiries

Maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriters
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a personal lines insurance agency setting

Deep understanding of personal lines coverage, terminology, and markets

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
