Your primary goal will be to establish new relationships, identify growth prospects, and drive revenue expansion. – Lead sales efforts by coordinating new business information and collaborating internally with various teams.
– Develop and implement action plans to secure new business opportunities in the short and long term.
– Prospect for potential clients and understand contemporary supply chain challenges to identify and capitalize on relevant opportunities.
– Adapt sales approaches to resolve issues, negotiate effectively, and explore upselling possibilities.
– Maintain professionalism, ethical conduct, effective time management, and high motivation to succeed.
– Take responsibility for work, set and exceed goals, and commit to personal improvement.
– Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain sector.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
– Proficiency in new business prospecting and delivering results in the short, mid, and long term.
– Strong fiscal management and critical thinking skills.
– A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
– An existing book of business is advantageous but not mandatory.
