Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IP Litigation Practice Lead to oversee and guide our IP Litigation department. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in intellectual property law, particularly in the realm of litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IP Litigation attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
– **Strategy Development**: Develop and execute strategic plans for IP Litigation, aligning with the firm’s overall objectives and client needs.
– **Client Engagement**: Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, providing counsel, managing relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
– **Case Management**: Oversee and manage a portfolio of IP litigation cases, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to legal standards.
– **Legal Expertise**: Provide guidance and expertise in complex IP litigation matters, staying updated on legal developments and industry trends.
– **Business Development**: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and participating in marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
– Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in IP litigation, with a strong track record of successful case management and trial experience.
– Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing legal teams.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
– Adept at developing and implementing strategic plans in alignment with firm goals.

– Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management.
– Experience in diverse areas of IP law, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
