In this role, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of commercial accounts, collaborating with our producers to continuously generate new business opportunities. These accounts are dynamic and present stimulating challenges. We require candidates to have at least 3 years of experience in the insurance agency field, along with a broad understanding of commercial lines insurance products, including exposure to professional lines. Additionally, proficiency in the following areas is essential:
– Microsoft Office Suite.
– Commercial insurance market rating systems.
– Familiarity with agency management systems such as AMS 360 or equivalents.
While an undergraduate degree is preferred, a sense of urgency and a good sense of humor are equally important qualities we value.
